Before You Arrive

Your reservation includes a digital rental agreement and arrival details, sent through our booking platform. Please review and sign the agreement before your stay so check-in is smooth.

House Rules — Quick Summary

• Maximum guests as listed on your reservation. Additional guests require approval in advance.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (City of St. Petersburg residential standard).
• No smoking inside the home. Designated outdoor smoking area only; please dispose of butts safely.
• No unregistered events, parties, or commercial photography without written approval.
• Pets only with prior written approval.
• Parking on the property in designated spaces; do not block neighbors’ driveways.

Pool & Spa Safety

• Swim at your own risk — no lifeguard on duty. The pool is not supervised.
• Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times near the pool, hot tub, and water features.
• Keep pool gates and safety barriers closed when the pool is not in active use.
• No glass in or around the pool or hot tub.
• Do not use the hot tub if you are pregnant, have heart conditions, or are under the influence.

Fire Pit Safety

• Adults only operate the fire pit. Never leave a lit fire unattended.
• Maintain a safe distance from the fire pit; keep children and pets back at all times.
• Do not move the fire pit, add accelerants, or burn materials other than the provided fuel.
• Fully extinguish the fire before going inside or going to bed.
• Follow any active burn bans issued by Pinellas County or the City of St. Petersburg.

On-Property Technology & Privacy

For security, the property uses exterior cameras, smart locks, and external noise monitoring. There are no cameras or microphones inside the home. Smart-home devices are disclosed in our Privacy Policy.

Trash, Recycling, and Departure
